Car rental service rules
- Eligibility
Age Requirement: Renter must be at least 21 years old. For certain vehicle categories, the minimum age may be higher.
Driving License: A valid driver's license is required. International renters must present an International Driving Permit (IDP) if their license is not in English.
Credit Card: A credit card in the tenant's name is required for the security deposit. - Reservations:
Advance booking: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up time may incur a fee. - Rental period:

Additional Driver Fee: Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement for a daily fee. All additional drivers must meet eligibility requirements. - Vehicle condition:
Pre-rental Inspection: A pre-rental inspection will be performed to note any existing damage.

Late Return Fee: A fee will be charged for late return of the vehicle.
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee may be charged if the vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in vehicles. A cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking. - Roadside assistance:
24/7 Assistance: Roadside assistance is available 24/7. Contact information will be provided at the time of rental. - Liability:
Renter's Liability: The renter is responsible for any damage, theft or loss of the vehicle during the rental period.
